Founded in 2019 and registered with Rwanda Development Board (RDB), EPALSCO Ltd is a Rwandan private company specializing in environmental protection, forestry, climate-smart agriculture, and community livelihood development. Operating nationally across Rwanda, EPALSCO bridges the gap between ecological restoration and sustainable economic development — helping communities, districts, and development partners achieve measurable environmental and social outcomes.

 

Since its establishment, EPALSCO has built a solid track record of delivering contracts for public institutions, non-governmental organizations, and private sector clients. The company has implemented projects in multiple districts including Nyamasheke, Bugesera, Kirehe, Rutsiro, Karongi, Gasabo, Kicukiro, and more — demonstrating a strong capacity to mobilize and operate across diverse agroecological zones in Rwanda.

 

EPALSCO operates a permanent tree nursery in Gasabo District (Jabana Sector, Kabuye Cell) producing high-quality grafted fruit seedlings including avocados, mangoes, citrus, guava, and papaya. This self-financed nursery investment underpins the company's ability to respond rapidly to large-scale planting contracts with quality-assured planting material.
