We apply a bottom-up participatory approach to forest management planning. Starting with stakeholder identification and community mobilization, we conduct socio-economic surveys and participatory resource assessments to establish baselines. We then facilitate the formation or strengthening of community forest cooperatives, prepare simplified Forest Management Plans, and provide ongoing advisory, coaching, and mentoring support during implementation. All plans balance local community needs with conservation priorities and national policy frameworks.
